KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide legal advice and support to clients across a range of legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist with case preparation, negotiations, transactions, and other legal assignments as required.
- Review and analyze legal documents, laws, regulations, and relevant legal developments.
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to understand legal issues and provide practical and effective solutions.
- Manage assigned matters responsibly and ensure work is completed accurately and within required timelines.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, professional development, and other initiatives within ONE Law.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or other relevant legal qualification.
- Strong interest in legal practice, professional development, and continuous learning.
- Good legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a responsible and professional approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
Relevant legal experience and/or a lawyer’s license will be considered an advantage.
