Today, 21 October 2026, marks a significant milestone for Quick Transformation Public Company Limited (“QUICK”) as the company begins trading on Thailand’s Market for Alternative Investment (mai).

ONE Law acts as QUICK's Legal Advisor for its IPO journey, which comprises the offering of 32,000,000 new ordinary shares at an offering price of THB 5.65 per share, representing a total transaction value of approximately THB 180,800,000.
