Experience 
Nattaya is a Partner with over 14 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate and capital markets matters. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings (IPOs), listings on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Market for Alternative Investment (mai), and the LiVE Exchange, as well as domestic and international capital markets transactions, including Bursa Malaysia listings. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, corporate bond issuances, corporate governance, corporate and commercial matters, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
